What is CLUBOh?

The alternate name “Club Oh!” derives from our sense of excitement for future growth within the staff and participants of the organization. The club symbol ♣️ which is defined in our logo, represents the season of summer. It signifies the phase of “youth” where one emphasizes either on education, or irresponsibility. 

A sign of club is the epitome of an element of earth. To see youth struggling in an environment full of negative influences and then break adversity by becoming a huge asset to the community is rewarding! The interjection “Oh!”, shows somewhat of an ecstatic surprise for success; as we are future focused and always keeping the end result in mind. 

Joining a “club” gives youth an outlet from home and school and is symbolic of a “positive” family-type unification; which is in direct opposition to joining a gang, or other street crew.
It also provides a sense of support, stability and security with their peers and mentors. The club strives for unity and represents camaraderie and togetherness through our powerful network. In turn, everyone on board will be considered “Community Leaders United By Overcoming Hardships!” 

Target Market: All middle school, high school, and young adults ages (11-21) in need of social and emotional behavioral support. Targeting minorities living through adversity, and youth of low-income families. 

Goals/Vision: To create a conglomerate hub for several career driven services provided by inner city volunteers and adult mentors. 

The main focus of CLUBOH will be to instill positive redirection and mentorship to our less fortunate youth faced with adversity and guide them toward successful career paths, whether it be through college, occupations, career trades or entrepreneurship.
